Tonya Moses (CRNP)

Tonya grew up in Fyffe, Alabama. She received her Bachelors of Nursing from the University of Alabama Huntsville in 1998 and her Master in Nursing for the University of Alabama Birmingham in 1999. Tonya has worked with adults and children in private clinics since 1999. She is dual certified as a Nurse Practitioner. Tonya joined the CarePlus Family in 2015 where she offers Primary Care, Urgent Care and Dot physicals at our Fort Payne location.

In her free time, Tonya enjoys spending time with her grand children, family and playing softball.
