As part of Huntsville CarePlus, Keeshia Cloud offers primary family care, urgent care services and DOT physicals. Keeshia is a family nurse practitioner and has been part of the Careplus Family team since March 2015.
Keeshia is a graduate of the University of Alabama Huntsville. There she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Masters of Science degree in nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner. Keeshia cares about her community and treats her patients as if they were family. She is dedicated to providing the best thorough care to Huntsville and surrounding areas.
Keeshia loves spending time with her husband and 3 children. She also enjoys going to church, volunteering in the community, cooking, baking/decorating cakes, and doing crafts with her family.
Howard Mcveigh (MD)
Board certified in emergency medicine since 1985, Dr McVeigh has worked in emergency rooms & urgent care/occupational medicine settings. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he also completed his internship and residency. He has been with Anniston CarePlus since opening April 2017 and provides Primary & Urgent Care, Suboxone Management and Dot physicals. He also provides care to patients in our Rainbow City location a few days a month.
Dr McVeigh enjoys spending time with his 5 grandchildren. He serves as a deacon at Golden Springs Baptist Church and makes regular medical mission trips to various overseas locations.
Bradley Elliott (CRNP)
As part of Anniston CarePlus, Bradley Elliott offers primary family care, urgent care, Suboxone management, and DOT physicals. Bradley is a family nurse practitioner and has been part of the CarePlus family since April 2017.
Bradley is a graduate of Samford University. There he obtained a Masters of Science degree in nursing with a focus on family nurse practitioner. Bradley cares about his community and treats his patients as if they were family. He is dedicated to providing the best thorough care to Anniston and surrounding areas.
Bradley enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and 2 children. He is an active member in Golden Springs Baptist Church and enjoys serving with the medical mission teams in Nicaragua.
Hala Mourtada (CRNP)
Hala Mourtada received her Bachelors degree in Nursing in 2011 and her Masters degree in Nursing in 2013 from UAB. She joined Anniston Careplus in June 2017 and provides primary/urgent care, Suboxone management and DOT Physicals.
Hala grew up in Atlanta, Georgia as the oldest of three. She moved to France in 1989 while her husband completed his Residency. They now reside in Oxford with their two older children. Hala enjoys spending her free time with family.
Sherry Williams (CRNP)
Sherry received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Gadsden State in 1992 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville State in 2005. She worked in a Med/Surgical unit and the ER while pursuing her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After graduating from UAB in 2009, Sherry continued to work in the Emergency Department as a Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Sherry recently worked in a Primary/Urgent Care clinic prior to joining Anniston CarePlus in June of 2019 where she offers Primary and Urgent Care.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Elizabeth Cole, (MD)
Dr Cole joined CarePlus in 2018 and offers Primary and Urgent Care in our Fort Payne location.
Tonya Moses (CRNP)
Tonya grew up in Fyffe, Alabama. She received her Bachelors of Nursing from the University of Alabama Huntsville in 1998 and her Master in Nursing for the University of Alabama Birmingham in 1999. Tonya has worked with adults and children in private clinics since 1999. She is dual certified as a Nurse Practitioner. Tonya joined the CarePlus Family in 2015 where she offers Primary Care, Urgent Care and Dot physicals at our Fort Payne location.
In her free time, Tonya enjoys spending time with her grand children, family and playing softball.
Ivonne Rivera Joiner, (CRNP)
Ivonne was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Alabama at the age of 4. she received her Bachelor’s of Science in biology with minor in Chemistry and Spanish in 2006. She worked at UAB in medical research for 6 years and decided to return to nursing school. She graduated from UAB School of Nursing in 2013 and began working in the UAB Emergency Department. Ivonne graduated from UAB with a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2016. After graduating, she returned to Rainbow City after 13 years of living in Birmingham. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Family medicine. She is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. She provides primary and urgent care in our Rainbow City location.
In her spare time, Ivonne loves traveling and spending time her husband and family. She also enjoys going to church and volunteering in the community with the Gadsden Service Guild.
